Stakeholders Definition

In project management, it is essential to have a clear understanding of the stakeholders, team members, and respective roles. The PSL Excel Template offers dedicated sheets to define and manage these aspects.

Define Organisations


Fill the sheet “Stakeholder.Organizations” with the organisations involved in the project. For each organisation, you may define the following properties:
ID: A unique identifier of the organisation.
Name: The name of the organisation.
Type: Organisation type in the scope of each role in the project, e.g., Customer, Performing, Sub-Contractor.
Domain: The type of industry or domain to which the organisation operates.
Email: The organisation's primary contact email.
Mobile: The organisation's primary mobile phone.
Postal Address: The organisation's postal address.
Notes: Additional notes or information relevant to the organisation.

Define People


Fill the sheet “Stakeholder.People” with the people involved in the project. For each person, you may define the following properties:
ID: A unique identifier for the person.
Name: The full name of the person.
Org Name: The organisation to whom the person is associated (in the project scope).
Role: The person's role within the project.
Academic Level: The academic qualification of the person.
Email: Person's primary contact email.
Mobile: Person's primary mobile phone.
Notes: Additional notes or information relevant to the person.

Effectively defining your project's stakeholders, team members, and their roles is fundamental to the success of your project. It enhances communication, collaboration, and overall understanding, fostering a more productive and efficient project environment.
