 Fill the sheet "Team" with the people directly involved in the project, i.e., the people you may be interested in assigning concrete tasks (e.g., later in the Kanban board or Sprint backlogs). In general, these individuals shall be previously defined in the sheet "StakeholdersPeople", and thus, you may copy them by clicking on the "Update From StakeholdersPeople" command (available from the PSL-Agile ribbon tab). You may also define multiple teams and even teams with sub-teams by using the "part of" relationship between these items.
